classically trained headhunters
Cold Calling + MPCs = True Headhunting
Cold Calls
“Hi, I’m a headhunter… how are ya?”
That’s literally how we open our calls. And it works.
We let people know who we are and what we’re offering right off the bat. If we can’t bring you something superior to what you’re currently doing, we won’t bend your ear.
Most Placeable Candidates
MPCs deserve to work for top-tier employers and we seek to connect the two with each other.
Cold Calling MPCs is how leaders in the industry have operated for decades - we know, we lean on them.
We belong to one of the most well-respected Recruiting Cohorts in the world, and have trained under some of the most esteemed names in the headhunting industry.
We routinely move through training programs developed by giants such as Mike Gionta, Steve Finkel, Pete Leffkowitz, Greg Doersching, Karen Schmidt, and Jeff Kaye.
what we believe in
-
We believe that we are called to be responsible managers and caretakers of the resources entrusted to us. Those resources include our internal team members, the clients we service, and the candidates we partner with.
-
Leaders are Readers
Learners are Earners.
Creative problem solving, product innovation and growth in skillset all stem from not accepting things as they are or seem to be.
-
Continuous improvement is at the heart of our culture, as we seek to grow daily in our craft as headhunters.
We are proud of the work we do, and seek to provide a level of service that can be described as world-class.
-
No one was ever celebrated for cutting corners.
We believe that good things take time and key results happen after years of making the next right choice… Sure, we move with pace, but we’re not in a rush.
Our guiding metric is not the revenue we bill to our clients. We focus most on helping others achieve their goals.
Giving back
Established in 2024, the Eden Impact Fund is designed to assist non-profits, community enrichment programs, and students seeking scholarships or donations, all while encouraging the Eden team to work harder and give more.
We allocate a portion of our company’s profitability each year to partner with causes whose missions we believe in.
Our next review will be in December 2024.
